The launch of the hub comes in the wake of the publication of the regulation for this new EU GI scheme in the Official Journal of the EU, which took place on 27 October 2023.
The hub acts as your one-stop shop for everything about GIs and includes information on the specific legislation, the EUIPO’s IT tools to help you search for GIs which already exist in the EU and a large list of FAQs.
